Day of Parade: Check in Kenwood School at 9:00 a.m. Line up on Clyde Ave. at 9:30 a.m

Parade entry Form

Either fill it out online (best) or print it, fill it, and mail it to Kenwood Parade, PO. Box 275, Kenwood, CA 95452.

If you have a car or animal, you will need to provide proof of insurance, which can be uploaded when you fill out your form, or later you can revisit the form and upload the documents then.

You should have a proof of auto insurance in your glove box, and a copy of the front of your active homeowner's or renter's insurance with policy number will do. Cell phone pictures of them are fine.
