IF YOU HAVE AN AUTO OR ANIMALS, YOU MUST SUBMIT A PHOTOCOPY OF A CURRENT REGISTRATION AND AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE, or HOMEOWNER INSURANCE FOR ANIMALS. You can upload a cell phone photo of documents, email them to info@kenwoodparade.org, or mail the documents to Kenwood Parade, PO Box 275, Kenwood, CA 95452.

RELEASE AND WAIVER: I understand that by signing this Release and Waiver that I agree to be bound by the rules of the Kenwood 4th of July Hometown Parade and that the judges' decisions are final. I further agree to release and hold harmless the Kenwood School Association, event volunteers and coordinators, contractors, or agents and sponsors of the parade from any actions by me or any party in this entry while participating in the event. I further agree to conduct all activities in a safe and reasonable manner. I understand that my entry may be denied for any reason by the organizers of the event and I will be required to show proof of a liability insurance policy if my entry uses a motorized vehicle or contains animals or livestock. I agree to allow my photo and any photos of my entry to be used by the event organizers without any form of compensation.

If you have a car or animal, you will need to provide proof of insurance, which can be uploaded when you fill out your form, or later you can revisit the form and upload the documents then.

You should have a proof of auto insurance in your glove box, and a copy of the front of your active homeowner?s or renter?s insurance with policy number will do. Cell phone pictures of them are fine.
